We were delighted to exhibit once again at this past weekends Bentley Drivers Club Annual Rally and Concours, this being the 75th edition, which took place at the beautiful Kelmarsh Hall. We took three cars of very different ages and styles to display with a 1940 Bentley 4 1/4 Litre Overdrive, a 1957 Bentley S1 Continental and a 2010 Bentley Azure T making up our stand.
A grey start to the day was swiftly followed by beautiful sunshine for the majority of the late morning and afternoon. The members cark park rapidly filled up and by lunchtime a large number of cars were present. The concours classes were judged and the prizes awarded, with the Frank Dale & Stepsons Trophy being awarded to a very handsome Bentley S1 Continental coupe by James Young.
Best in Show honours went to Mr Christopher Woodhouse and his very sporting Bentley Speed Six, many congratulations to Mr Woodhouse and all of the other class and trophy winners.
We look forward to returning to support the 76th edition next summer.
