From The Vault-1948 Bentley Cresta Coupe by Facel/Farina

Today’s car from the Frank Dale vault comes in the form of Chassis No B323CD, the prototype Bentley Cresta that was shown at the 1948 Paris Salon. It was built in collaboration between Pinin Farina and Facel-Metallon and produced in very limited numbers. It is considered by many to be the bridge between the pre-war Bentley Corniche and the Bentley Continental fastbacks that followed in the post-war era. An interesting car with a very important place in the timeline of Bentley production.
